These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FXRate mobile application (the "App") operated by Peerix Ltd ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

FXRate is a currency converter application that provides exchange rate information from multiple sources. The App allows you to convert between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies, view historical exchange rate charts, and access rates offline using cached data.

2. Disclaimer

Exchange rates displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only. They represent mid-market rates aggregated from public sources and should not be relied upon as financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any exchange rate data. You should not use the App as the sole basis for any financial decisions, transactions, or investments. We are not a financial institution, broker, or financial adviser.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription to remove advertisements. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Peerix Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content without Our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, or any systems or networks connected to the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Peerix Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, any inaccuracy in exchange rate data, or any other matter relating to the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising and Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
